Parking: Guests can park in the garage. Enter the garage from the Lowell St parking lot directly across from Dominos and take a right upon entering the lot. Park in any available space. We will have students available to greet you and escort you to our Media Center.

Program flyer: Manchester Parks and Recreation hosts weekly Saturday basketball shoot around at Beech Street School through March 15. This is a free, drop-in program. No sign-up is needed.
Times are broken down by school level: elementary school from 9-11 am; middle school from 11:30 am-1:30 pm; high school from 2-4 pm.

There is no school today, Tuesday, January 16, in Manchester School District due to the winter storm. All afterschool and evening activities, including athletics, are canceled.


Reminder: There is no school in Manchester School District this Friday, November 10, for the Veterans' Day holiday. Students will return to class on Monday, November 13.


Reminder: There is no school on Tuesday, November 7, for Election Day in the city of Manchester. Students will return to school on Wednesday, November 8. Please note: There is no school on Friday, November 10 for the Veterans' Day holiday.


Reminder: Elementary schools ONLY will dismiss students early this Friday at 11:15 am for parent-teacher conferences. Due to the early dismissal, there is no pre-kindergarten on Friday.
Middle and high schools will follow the usual school day schedule on Friday.

This week, Manchester School District announced we will launch our first dual-language immersion program in the fall of 2024. The Spanish-English program will start at the elementary level, with two classes of kindergarten students, and it will be open to students from across the city.
We'll be hosting a pair of informational sessions on the program – one in Spanish (at 4:30 pm) and one in English (at 5:30 pm) – next Wednesday, October 4, at Memorial High School. You can find more information on the program and the event here: https://www.mansd.org/article/1259332.

Join us at National Night Out this Tuesday from 5-8 pm at Beech Street School/JFK Coliseum. Look for the Manchester School District table to learn more about our job opportunities, and get info on the importance of good attendance. There will be lots of free entertainment, activities (including the Bookmobile!) and plenty of helpful information for families – we hope to see you there!


The festivities will roll out on Saturday, September 23rd, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm at Veteran’s Memorial Park in Manchester, NH. Free transportation to and from the park will be available from the Manchester Transit Authority.

All summer long, anyone 18 and younger can get free meals through the Summer Food Service Program, provided by Southern New Hampshire Services.
