What does a Vape or Juul Pen look like?

Teens typically call a Juul a "pen" and can buy different forms of liquid also known as a "cart" to smoke. Teens can smoke, nicotine, tobacco or marijuana through a pen. When smoking a pen there is little to no smoke or smell making it almost impossible to detect. A charging box for an Iphone or Andriod can charge a Juul.
