On Friday, May 22, 2015  Manchester High School Central honored the men and women of Memorial day.  The assembly was a ceremony which paid tribute the many former students who served in the armed forces.  The theme of the day was to honor the dead by serving the living.  The Manchester High School Central band played, there were speeches by current student Ryan Gamlin and  former Marine Captain Tim McLauglin, and the the ringing of the bell from the U.S.S. Rogers Blood to honor those who had fallen during war.  The ceremony concluded with the posting of the reef in front of the memorial outside the Classical building.
